Tasting Note

Ruby red colour which evolves into brick red tones with age. This is a full bodied beast of a wine with forest fruits on the nose and palate. It's acidity and tannin make it ideal for longer aging.

The Story

Crafted near the beautiful hilltop town of Motovun, Croatia. This Teran is a pure expression of the Istrian region's most important red wine grape. So pure, in fact, that it won a bronze medal at the Decanter World Wine Awards.

Food Pairing

Bright, brambly fruit and high-energy acidity make it a natural with charcuterie or grilled sausages, while its savoury edge loves slow-cooked beef or game with herbs.
