All prices are shown in GBP (£) and include UK VAT where applicable.


We reserve the right to change prices at any time, but changes will not affect orders already accepted.


Payment is taken at the time of order via Shopify’s secure payment system. We do not store your payment details.

 

 

 

5. Orders and Acceptance

 


Your order constitutes an offer to purchase.

An order is only accepted once you receive an order confirmation email.


We reserve the right to refuse or cancel an order, including where:

 

  • Payment cannot be authorised

  • There is an error in pricing or description

  • Delivery is not possible

If an order is cancelled after payment, you will be refunded in full.

Delivery times are estimates and not guaranteed. Risk of loss or damage passes to you upon delivery.


You are responsible for ensuring someone over 18 is available to receive the delivery. Couriers may require age verification.

  • In its original condition

 


Return shipping costs are your responsibility unless the goods are faulty or incorrect.


Refunds will be processed once returned goods are received and inspected.

8. Faulty or Incorrect Goods

 


If your order arrives damaged, faulty, or incorrect, please contact us within 48 hours of delivery with photographs where possible.
