None of the excessive tannins or off flavours you usually risk with the category. Orange winemaking has a rich history in Slovenia and winemaker Boštjan Protner has developed his technique over many vintages. \u003c\/p\u003e\n\u003cp\u003eInstead of using all of the white grape skins for maceration he only uses a portion of them and allows three week maceration. This takes the edge of the tannins and gives more aromatic and herbal aromas. \u003c\/p\u003e\n\u003cp\u003eThis wine is a delight, what's more it's a natural wine made with grapes grown organically.\u003c\/p\u003e\n\u003cp\u003e\u003cspan style=\"text-decoration: underline;\"\u003eFood Pairing\u003c\/span\u003e\u003c\/p\u003e\n\u003cp\u003eAs with most good orange wines this is extremely food friendly.
